Great news! Huichuangda Wins Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award

On October 27, 2022, the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Committee released the "Notice from the Office of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Award Committee on Publicizing the Proposed List of Winners for the Four Categories of Shenzhen Science and Technology Awards in 2022."

Shenzhen Huichuangda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “The Huichuangda” project, titled “Key Technologies and Industrialization of Fully Automated Manufacturing Equipment for Thin-Film Keyboards and Ultra-Thin Backlight Modules,” was nominated by the Bao'an District Bureau of Science and Technology Innovation in Shenzhen. After review by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Award Committee, it was honored with the “2022 Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award.”

According to the "Shenzhen Science and Technology Award Measures," the Science and Technology Progress Award should be granted to individuals or organizations that have successfully completed, applied, and promoted innovative scientific and technological achievements, making outstanding contributions to advancing scientific and technological progress as well as economic and social development. This year's receipt of the Science and Technology Progress Award demonstrates that Huichuangda has mastered yet another groundbreaking technology, and the practical application of this achievement has yielded significant economic and social benefits, thereby playing a pivotal role in driving technological advancement within the industry.

The project "Key Technologies and Industrialization of Fully Automated Manufacturing Equipment for Thin-Film Keyboards and Ultra-Thin Backlight Modules" has achieved breakthroughs in core technologies such as automated manufacturing and inspection processes, micro-nano thermal imprinting, and precision laser welding. The developed ultra-thin backlight modules demonstrate advanced advantages over comparable products in key technical metrics—including the radius of light-guiding film dot patterns, brightness uniformity when applied to keyboards, luminous efficiency, and keyboard thickness—as well as in critical performance indicators like sealing, sensitivity, and reliability of the precision tactile key switches. Meanwhile, the project has significantly enhanced both production efficiency and product quality stability, with its major technical benchmarks now markedly surpassing industry standards.

The project's outcomes were evaluated by a panel of experts organized through a commissioned evaluation agency, and the expert group concluded that the project's overall technology has reached an internationally advanced level. Leveraging the technological innovations from this project, a total of authorized patents have been granted. 60 items, including 10 invention patents, 48 utility model patents, 12 software copyrights, and 1 enterprise standard developed.
