A vibrant young child, stepping into the role of the "second-generation employee," took over the company’s symbolic flag and set off from Shenzhen, the birthplace of Huichuangda. This gesture not only embodies the fearless spirit of our company’s humble beginnings—like a "newborn calf unafraid of tigers"—but also reflects our unwavering commitment since day one: clear strategy, well-defined goals, and steady, determined progress that swiftly propelled us onto the right path of sustainable growth.

Next, the command flag was passed into the hands of a young employee born in the 2000s. As someone who is the same age as Huichuangda, he is like the rising sun—vibrant, energetic, and full of potential—and represents the backbone of our younger generation. He symbolizes how each new wave of youth continues to shape the company’s future and fuels the industry’s hopes, one step at a time. Back in 2011, when feature phones were being gradually replaced by smartphones, Huichuangda proactively embraced the challenge, successfully navigating the transition and setting the stage for the company’s rapid growth ahead.

In 2015, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council officially released the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening State-Owned Enterprise Reform," signaling the official launch of a new phase in state-owned enterprise reform. Riding the wave of this transformative trend, Hui Chuanda also completed its corporate shareholding reform and became independently controlled that same year, propelling the company onto a fast track of rapid growth.

From 2016 to 2017, Huichuangda achieved numerous remarkable milestones: listing on the New Third Board, entering the laptop market, commencing production of waterproof tactile switches, successfully replacing imported products with domestically made alternatives, and establishing an FPC business division, among others.

By 2018, the wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Juming Electronics was established, Suzhou Huidada was founded, construction began on the base in the Shenshan Cooperation Zone, and the SMT Business Division was also launched. Meanwhile, Huichuangda Group continued its strong and rapid expansion.

At the entrance of Juming Factory No. 1, symbolizing a significant milestone for the company, the command flag was handed over to a veteran sales representative who has been with the company for 15 years. He immediately broke into a sprint, heading toward Juming Factory No. 2, where the annual meeting was being held. Looking back over the past five years of Huichuangda's remarkable journey: In 2019, our company successfully obtained CNAS national laboratory accreditation. In 2020, we made history by listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s A-share market under stock code 300909—and simultaneously embarked on a strategic partnership after passing Huawei’s full-process certification. By 2021, we had integrated SAP and ERP systems into our operations, marking the official establishment of our Intelligent Manufacturing Division. In 2022, our Shenshan Cooperation Zone base began production, and we completed a full acquisition of Dongguan Xinweixing, firmly establishing ourselves in the precision connector sector. Then, in 2023, Dongguan Huichuang New Energy was founded, signaling Huichuangda’s bold entry into the burgeoning new energy industry. That same year, the group fully rolled out the MES system across its operations. And now, our largest production facility—Zhuhai Huichuangda—has officially broken ground, kicking off construction of this state-of-the-art manufacturing hub!

The commanding flag has been passed into the hands of two veteran employees who have spent twenty years by HuiChuangDa’s side, witnessing its birth and growth. They may not be the fastest runners, but they’re undoubtedly the most steady—moving forward with unwavering steps as they stride toward their next destination—and, ultimately, toward HuiChuangDa’s bright future.

Hui Chuanda’s path of development has been one of pioneering spirit, fearless trial and error, and seizing opportunities to move forward. "Twenty years of unwavering dedication—uniting hearts to build a brighter future." Chairman Li Ming also expressed his hope that Hui Chuanda employees will continue to stand side by side, staying steadfast and taking each step with determination, so as to achieve our ambitious vision.

The company presented HuiChuangDa 20th-anniversary commemorative silver and gold coins to employees who have been with the company through its 10-year and 20-year milestones—each recognition embodies passion and dreams, as well as the perseverance and rewards that come with dedication.

Huichuangda has grown from a young enterprise into a thriving company, and to mark its 20th anniversary, the team cut the birthday cake—a symbolic gesture representing the group’s continuous upward momentum and smooth sailing ahead. Following this, Chairman Mr. Li Ming raised a toast and officially began the celebratory banquet. All attendees joined in, clinking their glasses to honor the occasion, before everyone eagerly dug into the heartwarming copper hot pot specially prepared by the group.
