At On September 28, the subsidiary Zhuhai Huichuangda successfully bid 19.7132 million yuan at the Zhuhai Public Resources Trading Center for the state-owned land use rights of Plot No. "22092/Zhu Ziranzi Fugong 2022-12," located in the Fushan Industrial Park in Zhuhai City, and subsequently signed the "Zhuhai Public Resources Trading Center Transaction Confirmation Letter."
Subsequently, Zhuhai Huichuangda will, according to the approval process, sign the "State-Owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" and the "Zhuhai Natural Resources & Workforce Development Agreement" with the relevant government departments. "Construction and Usage Supervision Agreement for Plot No. 2022-12," and handle related property ownership certificate procedures, among other matters.
This industrial park, located in the Fushan Park area of Doumen District, Zhuhai City, has a land area of 45,527.13 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 2.5–3.0, resulting in a buildable floor area of 113,817.82–136,581.39 square meters, designated for second-class industrial land use.
This first-phase auction secured the land-use rights, primarily for the company's construction projects. The second-phase auction for next-generation electronic information industry innovation projects—such as "flexible printed circuits," "connectors," "strain gauges," and "mini LEDs"—is expected to take place in November 2022.
The completion of this industrial park will help meet the demands of business expansion and capacity deployment, further enhancing the company’s R&D and technological strengths, as well as its advantages in application innovation. It will also accelerate the company’s progress toward full-chain automation and信息化 (informationization), driving significant advancements across the board and strengthening the company’s core competitiveness.
