On July 14, 2023, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Services released the public announcement of the "List of Enterprises Approved in the Fifth Batch of Specialized, Sophisticated, and Novel 'Little Giant' Enterprise Review" in Shenzhen. Shenzhen Huichuangda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huichuangda") successfully passed rigorous reviews, evaluations, deliberations, and notarizations. According to the "Provisional Measures for the Tiered Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises," the recognition of specialized, sophisticated, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises requires meeting six key criteria simultaneously: specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, innovation, strong industrial chain integration, and outstanding product quality (Notice from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the "Provisional Measures for the Tiered Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises," MIIT Enterprise [2022] No. 63). These "Little Giant" enterprises are positioned in core areas of industrial foundations and critical links within the industrial value chain. They stand out for their exceptional innovation capabilities, mastery of cutting-edge technologies, significant market share in niche segments, and impressive quality and efficiency—making them the backbone of high-quality SMEs. As the highest and most prestigious honor in the evaluation process for SMEs, being recognized as a "Little Giant" underscores an enterprise's leadership and excellence in its field.
This time, Huichuangda has successfully been selected for the "Little Giant" list of specialized, niche, and innovative enterprises, marking widespread recognition of the company's strength among SMEs.
