Shenzhen Huichuangda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received on December 14, 2022, the "Notice of Results from the 5th Review Meeting of the ChiNext M&A Restructuring Committee in 2022" issued by the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "SZSE"). The SZSE Listing Review Center reviewed the Company's proposal to issue shares and pay cash to acquire a 100% equity stake in Dongguan Xinweixing Electronics Co., Ltd., and the outcome of the review was: Agree to issue shares to acquire assets 。
