Work content

1. Capable of independently managing the product operation work of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, liaising with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance of the product after launch;
2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and the current status of the product, promote and optimize operational plans according to business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously follow up on product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitors' trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Possess excellent analytical skills and logical thinking, exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, demonstrate resilience under pressure, and be capable of independently completing projects;
2. Possess insight, independent analytical skills, as well as strong learning and innovation abilities, and language expression skills;
3. Have a passion for product operation, and be filled with enthusiasm for innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to create product design documents (PRD) and prototype diagrams. Those with banking experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries are preferred;
5. Possess stress resistance, strong execution ability, and strong learning ability.
